Veranda Sun

Another exploration in light and how one can try to differentiate shapes within the painting through change of hue and temperature and not just value.  Keeping it loose and using expressive brush strokes.  I have to thank my friend on Instagram (Mario) for the reference since the picture he took caught my I and he was generous enough to let me use it to do my study.  He speaks Italian and no English so to interact with him I had to use two translators online.  I was surprised to see how well this worked.  There are some good things to come out of this technology that seems to have engulfed us whole.
